  • How many pictures will be taken?
    There are many factors that determine the number of images. We generally try to cover all rooms with at least 2 images. Usually kitchens, living rooms, master bedrooms and exteriors require several images to cover all angles of the space. The average 2000 Sqft home will require 30 to 35 plus images.
  • How do I schedule an appointment?
    Scheduling is easier than ever, just visit our online booking website to book your appointment.
  • Do you do drone/aerial photos?
    Yes we do. Our team are licensed sUAS pilots under the FAA’s Part 107 Code of Federal Regulations.
  • Are you insured?
    Yes, we have a general liability policy.
  • Do you charge a travel fee?
    Travel fees are assessed on a case to case basis. A general rule is there is no fee for the first 50 miles traveled. Any questions regarding a fee further than 50 miles from Boise please contact us.
  • When will we receive our photos?
    We have a 24 hour turnaround time for photography. 48 hour turnaround for videography.
  • What if the weather is bad?
    The photo shoot can be rescheduled due to bad weather to the next available date at no charge. If you prefer to keep the appointment, we can photograph the interiors of the home, then reschedule the exteriors for a $75 return fee.
  • What if we need to cancel?
    We understand that there are many situations that can cause a last minute cancellation. There is no cancellation fee.
  • How long does a photo shoot take?
    An average photo shoot takes between 45 minutes to 2 hours. However, it may take longer depending on the size of the home and any additional services requested.
